AFP: At least 20 killed in Iraq attacks

A car bomb which exploded on Tuesday afternoon in Baghdad brought the death toll in the Iraqi capital to at least 20, following a string of attacks by gunmen on Iraqi security forces which began early on the morning.

At least 32 bystanders were also injured in the attack, which took the lives of three Iraqis when a car bomb exploded in central Baghdad around 2 PM local Iraqi time, according to AFP.

Earlier, 10 Iraqis were killed in other attacks by gunmen throughout the capital, according Iraq's Ministry of Interior.
