DoD Identifies Army Casualties From August 1, 2005

Once again, more and more of our troops are being killed by IDEs. What is congress doing abouts this? Has Donald Rumsfeld finished his report that congress requested?

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Spc. James D. Carroll, 23, of McKenzie, Tenn., died July 31 near Baghdad, Iraq, where an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV.

Pfc. Jason D. Scheuerman, 20, of Lynchburg, Va., died July 30 in Muqdadiyah, Iraq, of non-combat related injuries.
