The difference this time is that a direct violation of the Constitution Of The United States Of America has been perpetrated and found out. Proof positive that bush was planning to attack Iraq long before presenting a declaration of War to Congress or the United Nations and going as far as moving money around covertly to fund initial invasion costs, fixing 'facts' and writing policy around propaganda, has surfaced.
