DOD Identifies Army Casualty

he Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Pfc. Christopher R. Kilpatrick, 18, of Columbus, Texas, died June 20 in Tal Afar, Iraq, during convoy operations when enemy forces attacked his HMMWV with an improvised explosive device and small arms fire.
